• The Final Table will be played on an RFID-enabled poker table.

• Full broadcast and live-streaming coverage will be produced.

• As required by New York State law, the tournament will air on tape delay.

• Multiple replays will occur throughout 2025 on our national distribution network.

• Projected reach: 3 million viewers via social media and over 200 million via affiliated channels.

• 1st Place: $20,000

Tournament Structure:

• $600 Buy-In

• Includes $580 Grateful Hearts charity contribution

• $10 admin fee

• $10 optional dealer appreciation bonus (20,000 chip stack if selected)

• Big Blind Ante Format

• 20-minute levels on Day One, 25-minute levels on Day Two

• Play continues on Day One until 8 players remain

• Day Two played on RFID table in the Skybox conference room

• Breaks after Levels 5, 10, 15, and 20

Registration Details:

• Valid government-issued ID required for registration and participation

• Check-in required at the Poker Room before tournament play

• Registration opens 24 hours before tournament start

• Late entries receive full starting stack within designated timeframe

• Minimum of 10 entries required for tournament to begin

Eligibility & Rules:

• Must be 21 years or older to participate

• Winners must show valid ID; W-2G forms required for net winnings over $5,000

• Foreign players without a U.S. tax treaty will be subject to withholding

• Employees of Resorts World and affiliated vendors, and their immediate family, are ineligible

• Subject to New York State Gaming Commission approval

• Tournament may be modified, postponed, or canceled with regulatory notification
